By downloading, installing, or using Track Habit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Track Habit is a habit tracking application available for iOS devices. The App allows you to:

• Create and manage habits
• Track your daily progress
• View statistics and streaks
• Sync data across devices (via iCloud)
• Receive reminders and notifications

💳 3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

Track Habit offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Pro Subscription
• Yearly Pro Subscription (discounted)
• Optional: Lifetime Purchase (one-time payment)

3.4 Free Trial

If offered:

• New users may be eligible for a free trial period
• You will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period ends
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when purchasing a subscription

3.5 Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or years
• You will retain Pro features until the end of the paid period

3.6 Refunds

• Refund requests must be made through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
• We cannot process refunds directly
• Apple's refund policy applies

The free version includes:

👤 5. User Account and Data

5.1 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Apple ID
• All activities that occur under your account
• The accuracy of information you provide
• Backing up your data (though iCloud sync helps with this)

5.2 Your Data

You Agree To:

• ✅ Use the App legally and appropriately
• ✅ Respect intellectual property rights

• ✅ Keep your device and account secure

You Agree NOT To:

• ❌ Interfere with the App's functionality
• ❌ Attempt to bypass Pro subscription restrictions
• ❌ Share subscription access with others

7.1 Our Rights

Track Habit, including all code, design, graphics, and content, is owned by Andriy Popovich. All rights reserved unless explicitly granted.

7.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of all habit data you create. We claim no ownership over your personal information.

☁️ 9. iCloud Integration

9.1 Optional Feature

• iCloud sync is optional
• Requires an active iCloud account

9.2 Data Storage

• Data stored in your personal iCloud account
• We do not have access to your iCloud data
• You control iCloud sync from iOS Settings

11.1 By You

• You can stop using the App at any time
• Delete the App from your device
• Cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

🍎 12. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and Andriy Popovich, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple is not liable for any claims related to the App

Your use is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service.

📝 13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
